Regular exercise is an important part of any person’s life.
So I thought we could share some tips to bring you into the path of a healthy lifestyle that you need and mostly deserve.
1- Put it in you plan.
Insert your work-out into your daily routine, same as you do brush your teeth every morning.
2- Don’t Get Discouraged.
It can be hard not to see results right away, but I think it’s important to remember to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and it does take work!
3- Drink a lot of water.
The recommended amount of water a person should drink is at least 8 glasses (8 ounces each) of water.
Another important thing to remember, is that it’s usually better to drink tiny sips of water while exercising, rather than chugging it.
4- Appropriate Exercise Attire.
Exercises Clothes need to meet two things, feeling good and looking good in it ;-)
Select something where you feel confortable inside and outside. Cotton jersey and elastane are a must.
5- Set Goals.
Instead of just saying, “I want to be in better shape,” you could say, “I want to be able to lift 25 pounds” or “I want to lose 3 inches off my waist.” Having goals like these are so much easier to measure than ambiguous ones!
6- Be consistent.
Make the gym a part of your routine.
7- Healthy Diet.
Overall wellness isn’t just exercising, or drinking water, or just eating a few servings of fruits and vegetables every day.
8- Support System.
Consistently exercising and eating healthy is so much easier when you have someone to talk to and encourage you along the way. and this is where SLIMher is here to help you, and be your constant support
9- Do something you don’t hate.
I Assure you! You won't hate coming to SLIMher.
10- Don’t Give Up.
There will be times that you just don’t want to exercise. Maybe your sick, or pregnant, or you’d just rather sleep. And that’s okay. Just don’t let those times deter you. I will tell you though, you will likely never regret pushing yourself to exercise or eat healthy. However, you very likely might regret not doing so. It’s worth it to maintain a healthy lifestyle, even when the alternative seems easier.
