Eating Healthy, and not putting on weight, are only a matter of consistency. You will have to get organized and plan your meals and snacks before the week starts. By having everything planned you will have a better chance to eat healthy and not jump on the first junk food who cross your eyes.
I won't blame you, it is true that it is not the fun task to do on a sunday, but with the weeks passing you will notice a big difference, and be thankful!
You can start by making a list of your favorites meat, veggies, fruits and spices..
As you keep following us we will be sharing with you the best easy meals to do here in Hua Hin.
Keep in mind, 1/4 of your plate should be filled with chicken, fish, meat... (proteins)
Another 1/4 should be a complex carbohydrate like brown rice, whole grain, quinoa, pumkin, butter squash, sweet potatoes.
The last 1/2 left should be filled with any veggies, preferably greens like broccoli, brussels sprouts, spinach, cucumbers but also carrots, tomatoes salads.
Build up a grocery shopping list, that you will repeat over and over again.
Fruits! Oh yeah! thank god we live in thailand and we get the best of the fruits at almost any season, from apples, bananas, pineapples, kiwis, papaya, melon, watermelon, pomelo, mangoes, you name it.... too many just go with the flow.
Try to avoid the good old cow milk, instead prefer non dairy milk such as Oats, almonds, soy, rice, coconut milks they will be perfect in your smoothies in the morning.
