Trail mixes are easy to make and store well in a sealed container or ziplock bag. What you need is: peanuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, cashews, sunflower seeds and dried fruits such as apple, pineapple, mangoes, papaya, apricots, raisins or cranberries. Mix according to your taste and prepare some in advance.
