Good Morning Everyone!
This Tuesday is another opportunity to share this video MEAL PREP from "The Domestic Geek"
This is actually what I personnaly doing most of my Sundays.
-Boiling Eggs (6 as well)
- 1 to 2 cups of Quinoa.
-Tuna Salad.
-For the veggies salad I would personnaly replace the potatoes it by Sweet Potatoes squares or Pumpkin slices to roast in the oven, but after it is up to you. Just make sure there are more as a M3. Try to skip the carbs in the evening, the lighter you feel when going to bed the better...
- For the fruits snacks unfortunately those berries are expensive in Hua Hin but you get the idea you can prepare some apples slices, pomelos, mangoes, lychees, instead.
