OMG This challenge is almost over! Can you believe it?! How is everyone doing?
I am back at sharing this week some ideas from "The Domestic Geek".
For her Roasted veggies, Add even more more veggies to this recipe, like zucchini, cherry tomatoes and sweet potatoes... And Definitely swap the white rice for Brown, or Quinoa, Bulghar, Freekeh which will be available very soon at the gym.
