For this week I am sharing "The Truth about Fat".

So yes no matter the source of the fat it will be store as fat in our body, And that's why it is necessary to keep doing exercises regularly to burn it out (As the video explain High/low Interval training are a good way to exercises cause it makes your body burn even more fat while you are on rest) as well as eating the good fats and avoid the bad ones (satured)
