Hi Everyone, I hope you had a good WE and you are ready to start the week fresh and up for some workout at the gym.
Starting from today I will be sharing everyday, Motivations quotes, work-out to do at home when you are enable to come at the gym, tips for a better life, recipes and a bit for fashion and beauty! Even if we are sweating we are still ladies!!!
Set a Goal for Each Workout
Decide what you want to reach before you work out and stick to it. Setting a goal can make your workouts fun because it gives you something to strive for. It's rewarding to be able to push past what you thought you were capable of. After fews weeks at the gym I'm going to settle goals for you on the machines, as your body gets use to your routine, I'll be here to quick you further.
So our Tips for setting goals:
Make sure your goal is realistic: It should challenge you, but not be impossible for you to accomplish. If you set goals that are not realistic to your activity level, it will cause frustration and ultimately ruin the whole workout.
Push yourself: If you push past your comfort zone just enough, you increase endurance and become stronger.
