We can notice for the past few years, that exercising and eating healthy are finally getting into people’s minds, and it looks like the fashion in that area has grown as well.

Although it might seem like yesterday when sportswear was all about throwing on a pair of loose pants, a slouchy t-shirt and a cool cap, years have since gone by and with them the evolution in term of fabrics, colors and shapes.

The sports influences are no longer exclusively for Athletes. As women even though we are going to sweat at the gym, we still want to look good and feel good about ourself, and all Sports brands have understood that and provide us a large choice of sporty-clothing and make an elegant look these days.

The fun, fresh and fashion-forward Neon and Neutral Combo Trend can be featured in your work-out ensemble or styled into a casually cool everyday look. Here are some of my favourite looks, to help you to learn how to rock it this summer.

The sneakers/trainers/running shoes trend, whatever you want to call it, has exploded onto the fashion scene since Spring 2014 and is really taking off this season, since we now seeing everything we can wish for in few stores around Hua Hin! Brands like Nike are Number1 in that section, Reebooks and more are releasing neon sneakers.

Why We Love This Trend

• It's fun, flattering, & perfect for summer. Both neons and neutrals look great against a summer tan.

• Not only dedicaded to the fitness centres. It's easily dressed it up or down. Since this trend is colorful, you can incorporate it into just about any outfit - from super casual to quasi-red carpet. There's no easier way to add a trendy touch to your favorite summer-night-out outfit than by adding neon accessories.

• Can be worn on a small touch or total look. So, if you're unsure of this trend, start small! Incorporate neon into your beauty routine by sporting bright nail polish a la Rihanna or try a colorful feather hair extension or neon hair streak. Take risks with apparel when you're feeling more dramatic!

Tips for Rocking the Neutrals + Neon Trend

• Get great neutrals. While we all love our bright colors for summer, this trend is easiest to get "right" when only one neon is used per outfit. Avoid looking like a glowiming stick by picking a single bold color to work into your look either grey neutral or black. Right now, the trendiest hues seem to be neon yellow-green and orange, but shades of electric pink, turquoise, and purple can work, too. Pick your favorite and go from there!

• Don't over do it! It's best to keep the rest of your look simple and classic. Think of using color as a touch piece on a top for example or on the shoes.

• MESH Cut-out Touch!

• It was once functionally breathable for sweats. It is now an integral part of most stylish fitness fashion labels. And let’s thank the Local Brand Named D&P which sexied up the most basic legging into a fashionable workout wear trends of the fall.

• One reason mesh has become so hot? Its ability to spice up everyday pieces: Basic black leggings suddenly become totally edgy with a streak of mesh down the side put some heels and add some accessories and you will be ready for a cocktail out in town. Go ahead and give yourself permission to skip the basic black leggings and boring white sneakers and replace them with highlighter hues.

The beauty of neon is that you can mix and match your colors with flare, wearing a lime green headband, a hot pink tank and grey neutral tones.
