The perfect smoothie for breakfast M1 or M2, or a healthy snack as your M4 if you remove Oats.

Serves: Makes 2 Glasses.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup of frozen strawberries
3 tbsp of oats
1 yogurt
1 Banana
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup of Water
1 cup of Orange juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
