I'm very organized and pretty energized today. I can only thank all the good nutrients food I put in my body. Woke up at 5.30am and managed to prepared everything for the day: #Day2 of the DETOXIFY-her Program. ... M1 -> Homemade Yogurt with Shredded Coconut and Granola (from FN outlet shop opposite Sheraton they have a lot healthy goodies there, go and pay a visit) with a teaspoon of coconut syrup. My MEGA BOOST-her SHOT from the 7DAYS SLIMher DOWN PLAN M2 -> 1 Apple Sliced with cinnamon powder and lime juice on the top M3 -> my lunch box delivered by #HuaHinCleanFood @Phanchita Chanakaweesawad M4 -> Green Giant Smoothie which will be my post workout meal. If you wonder when do I get my Workout done, it's during lunch time since it's quiet at the gym wink emoticon The second glass is for Hubby's breakfast... Nothing is left behind wink emoticon M5 -> It will be my LEAN-her, GREEN-her SOUP from last night. M6 -> Fresh Mint Leaves infused in hot water, coming right from the fresh market soi112.
