GARLIC-HERB YOGURT CHEESE DIPS - Sip & Snack Saturday

Make 4 Servings if used as a M4. Store in fridge up to 4/5 days.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup of greek yogurt or 1 store-bought plain low-fat yogurt

  • 1/2 cup of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (low fat)

  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves

  • 2 minced garlic cloves.

  • 3/4 teaspoon sea salt.

  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or more to taste

  • Carrots, cucumber and/or celery, sliced into sticks, for crudites

  • Brown or cereals bread sliced into sticks.

Perfect for M4 from your Nutrition Plan, Or for apperitif when you receive people at home.

DIRECTIONS

In a medium bowl stir together all the ingredients.

Then cover it with wrap paperand place in the fridge at least 4 hours. So all flavours are mixed together.

In parrallele cut all your selected veggies and bread into sticks shape and place them in a big plate around the bowl dip.
