How to take the steps towards becoming a fitter, more confident, and sexier you.

  1. Exercise is the most important thing to do. Choose something that is fun for you.

  2. Don't tell yourself you are fat or judge yourself.

  3. Get enough sleep. A good night's sleep means you are ready for the day, and workout, ahead of you.

  4. Play music while you exercise.

  5. Eat foods that are nutritious: fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Avoid foods that are high in sugar, salt, and fat.

  6. Drink enough water. It's good for your skin and your body in general.
