1. Whole wheat flour for white flour 2. Vanilla for sugar or even Cinnamon I would say wink emoticon 3. Mashed bananas for fats 4. Quinoa for couscous 5. Zucchini ribbons for pasta 6. Grated steamed cauliflower for rice 7. Rolled oats for breadcrumbs 8. Lettuce leaves for tortilla wraps 9. Prosciutto or pancetta for bacon 10. Two egg whites for one whole egg 11.
