Following the Post I made on Wednesday with all the list of Substitute ingredients in recipes You will find below the perfect Recipe which illustrate many Substitutes ingredients to make the old Fashion but still the most popular cake..... THE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE.... It makes the perfect treat bite or M6 if you follow the Nutrition Plan, when craving for Chocolate... Enjoy it, but remember all in moderation Make 9 servings (or slices) Adapted by Aura Ingredients •2 very ripe bananas •½ cup coconut sugar •¼ cup brown sugar •½ cup applesauce (no sugar added) •⅓ cup water •1 tsp white vinegar •1 cup of whole wheat flour •¼ cups oats (previously processed into flour) •¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder baking soda •¼ tsp salt Optional: •⅔ cup dark chocolate chip •⅔ cup of Walnut or cashew nuts runched Instructions 1.Preheat oven to 180C degrees. 2.Spread coconut oil on you Brownie soft mold or old fashion backing sheet (covered from a Parchment) 3.Mash bananas in a medium size bowl. 4.Stir in sugars, applesauce, water, and vinegar until thoroughly combined. 5.Stir in flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt just until combined. 6.Fold in ⅓ cup of chocolate chips, and walnuts. 7.Pour batter into prepared dish. 8.Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and walnuts on top. 9.Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. 10.Let cool, slice and serve.
