Today I am sharing the little extra 10 mins workout you should be doing in additional of your SLIMher Circuit Training.
Yesterday was a Glutes and Legs workout and man... I can't feel my butt anymore. TOday we are focusing on the arms.
It's time to work those arms to tighten and tone the biceps and triceps, while sculpting shapely shoulders, too. This is the ultimate workout for strong and sexy arms. Grab a set of dumbbells, and get ready to burn out those muscles!
DO FORGET as well your BODYSHAK-her with about 1.9Kms at least daily to be able to reach a 100KbyHAlloween... I need to double it this week if I want to reach the 100K.. I haven't done anything last week.
